Trying to escape a traumatic past, Abigail Mason moves into Red Rabbit Lodge, a seemingly welcoming sanctuary for foreign students looking for a fresh start in Australia. Surrounded by an eclectic group of young residents, Abigail hopes the move will finally give her the chance to rebuild her life. But Red Rabbit Lodge has a history its residents know nothing about.

Behind its walls lies a legacy of violence, bloodshed and disappearance and someone is still watching. As disturbing incidents escalate and members of the household begin to disappear, Abigail realises the danger is not coming from outside the lodge. A sadistic killer is living within the building itself, moving unseen through hidden spaces and choosing victims one by one.

Trapped inside a place that was supposed to offer safety, Abigail is forced to confront both the horrors of her past and the brutal reality of the present as the lodge descends into a bloody fight for survival.
